Popular Front condemns church attacks in Pakistan

New Delhi: Popular Front of India chairman K M Shareef in a statement strongly condemned atrocities by some mysterious militant groups on the religious minorities and innocent civilians in Pakistan. Shareef expressed deep sorrow over the loss of lives of innocent Christians in the church attacks in Lahore yesterday. Such attacks have already turned that country into a hell not only for the minorities, but the entire people of Pakistan. The brutalities against minorities cannot be tolerated in any civilized society.

Fuel price hike another instance of anti-people moves: Popular Front

Popular Front Chairman KM Shareef has in his statement said that the latest oil price hikes in the euphoric atmosphere of 2015 Budget is another example of ant-people moves of NDA government. The decision came immediately after the budget was presented. Petrol price was hiked by Rs 3.18 per litre and diesel by Rs 3.09, the second increase in rates this month.

Peoples’ Movement resolves to continue democratic and legal interventions Against anti-people laws

The Central Committee meeting of Peoples’ Movement Against UAPA held at India International Centre, New Delhi called upon to defeat any attempt to make UAPA and other terror laws further repressive. The meeting attended by prominent human rights activists and leaders of various social groups decided continue the campaigning for the repeal of all anti-people laws. The Movement will also extend support to the victims and their lawyers who are fighting various cases booked under provisions of black laws.

Popular Front Condemns Bodo Masscre of Muslims

New Delhi: Popular Front General Secretary O M A Salam in his statement harshly condemned the inhuman killings of innocent Muslims by Bodo Militants yesterday in Kokrajar and Baksa of Assam.

By this attack Militants are giving the message that they would go to any extent of violence to achieve their evil design. He also blamed the state government’s culpability for the continued violence in the state. Government is not taking any effective measures to disarm India’s most dangerous separatist militias who posses highly sophisticated weaponry and is functioning unopposed.
