The Babri Masjid was demolished by the Hindutuva goons on December 6, 1992 in broad daylight. Along with that, the secular values of our nation were also demolished. The various court directions given in this issue were ignored by the Hindutuva fundamentalists. The then State and Central Governments remained just mute spectators while the demolition was going on.

National Unity Movement demands religious unity

The National Unity Movement was recently formed by the Hindu, Muslim and Christian organizations. The Christian organizations were represented by Inigo Irudayaraj, the Hindu organizations by G. Muthu Krishnan and the Muslim organizations by A.K.Mohamed Haneefa.

Popular Front Day: Flag hoisted at State headquarters

Popular Front Day is celebrated on February 17 all over the nation. Flag hoisting, public welfare schemes, medical camps, public meetings and rallies are conducted for the past three years to mark the day.

As part of the celebrations in Tamil nadu, State president Mohamed Ismail hoisted the flag at the State headquarters today morning. He also delivered the speech after the flag hoisting. Cadres of Popular Front of India and public were present in large numbers.

Minorities deplore the poor representation in the judiciary: Popular Front
