New Delhi: Popular Front General Secretary Muhammed Ali Jinnah in his statement strongly condemned the brutal assassination of veteran social reformist and communist leader in Maharashtra Govind Pansare. We are deeply concerned that this is not the first incident of the sort in the state. We have not yet recovered from the shock of the 2013 assassination of another leader Narendra Dabholkar who spent most of his life fighting superstitions and spiritual exploitation prevalent in Indian society.

1.) Mohsin’s Family must be compensated with atleast 1million Rupees.
2.) A family member of the slain victim’s family must be given a Government Job.
In Solapur, (Maharashtra) Popular front of India District President Mr Mohammed Shafi hoisted the national flag to mark the celebration of Independence day. During his speech he explained the role of Muslim freedom fighters in the freedom struggle of our beloved country. He pointed out that most people in our generation are unaware of such struggles.
The public participated in good numbers and shared the joy of independence with others.
