Mangalore: A Public Meet held to promote awareness on health

Mangalore: Popular Front of India, Ullal division organized a Public Meet and Yoga demonstration here at Malar recently, as a part of organization’s national level Healthy People Healthy Nation Campaign. A hand book on Yoga and exercise for the daily practice of public was released on the occasion.

Chief guest Abdul Razaq Seema, state president of Popular Front of India, stressed for the need of building a healthy society.

He said, “Health is a big gift of almighty. In current days, we do not have access to healthy food due to rampant use of chemical. People should stay away from all type of intoxicants to build a healthy body. We have to build a healthy society to become voice for oppressed people in the society.”

Ibrahim Khalil Azhari, a teacher in Kerala’s Green Valley school inaugurated the program.

Muhammad U.B, president of SDPI Mangalore constituency, Popular Front of India D.K district secretary Siraj Kavur were present at the program.

Earlier a marathon rally was held from Malar Muslim Central School to Pavur Gram Panchayat.
