New Delhi:Following the two months long School Chalo campaign across the country, Popular Front of India is launching scholarship scheme for poor and meritorious students who wish to pursue higher studies after completing Higher Secondary (Plus Two) education. Applications are invited from students who seek the admission in the academic year 2011 - 12.

Popular Front of India units across the nation starts its two months long School Chalo (Go to School) Campaign today in order to ensure that all boys and girls go to school from primary to secondary levels. During the months of May and June which is the school admission period in most states, Popular Front cadres and units will be engaged in field work for taking all children of their localities to school.

Karnul: Popular Front of India, Andhra Pradesh unit, conducted a state valedictory function of the organization’s national level campaign “Babri Masjid Demands Justice” at Bismillah Function Palace, Khalander Street, Kurnool.
Earlier, the organization had held awareness programs in state wide to create awareness among the public about Babri Masjid.
The valedictory program should have conducted at Municipal High School Ground, Karnul. But denial of permission by police caused to make changes in the venue.

Babri masjid campaignBangalore: Popular Front of India conducted valedictory program of its national level campaign Babri Masjid demands justice, commenced on 6th December, at Darus Salam, Queen’s road, Bangalore, on 30th January 2011, Sunday.
Popular Front of India conducted the national campaign to create awareness among the people about the shameful demolitions of Babri Masjid and Liberhan Commission report with the theme “Gandhiji’s assassination to Babri Masjid demolition” .
Popular Front of India organized a demonstration at Jantar Mantar, New Delhi on 6th December 2010 demanding reconstruction of Babri Masjid on its actual site. The demonstration was led by K.M.Shareef the General Secretary of Popular Front of India. Representatives of the different political and social organizations addressed hundreds of demonstrators.
