Around 23.4% of children didnt go to school. In some north Indian state male child is seen as boon because, that family hopes that, the boy could earn income of atleast Rs 10 for their family. He has been seen as an income generating tool. This is not their mistake. This tragic situation prevails in our society. Child illiteracy is an effect of a wider and systematic conspiracy to enslave Muslim community. Popular front of India's aim is to put an end to this situation.
Popular Front of India encourages programs like School Chalo where Child labourers were identified and readmitted into nearby schools, He observed.
