Bantwal: Popular Front of India, Bantwal division, staged a protest against Somashekhar Commission report that gave a clean chit for state government and Sangh parivar in state wide church attacks, in front of taluk office, B.C.Road recently.

Popular Front local leaders Abdul Razaq Seema condemned the Soma Shekhar report.

Popular Front leader Muhammad Riyaz was preset at the dais. Nazeer welcomed while Ismail Bava delivered vote of thanks and Abdul Khadar coordinated the program.

Karnul: Popular Front conducts state valedictory program for Babri Masjid Campaign

Karnul: Popular Front of India, Andhra Pradesh unit, conducted a state valedictory function of the organization’s national level campaign “Babri Masjid Demands Justice” at Bismillah Function Palace, Khalander Street, Kurnool.

Earlier, the organization had held awareness programs in state wide to create awareness among the public about Babri Masjid.

The valedictory program should have conducted at Municipal High School Ground, Karnul. But denial of permission by police caused to make changes in the venue.

Kozhikkode: Popular Front of India demanded the government to take stringent action against RSS, an antinational organisation the terrorist activities of which has been unearthed by investigating agencies. In order to bring this demand to the notice of the government, Popular Front will hold marches to the state secretariat and all district collectorates on 19th of this month, said state general secretary P Abdul Hameed, vice president K H Naser and state council member K P Muhammed Nizar in a press conference here today.

Kozhikkode: Supreme Court's judgment upholding the Kerala High court order to grant bail for Dr. Raneef in the teacher assault case has dealt a severe blow to the left government in Kerala, said P Abdul Hameed, general sevretary, Popular Front of India in a statement. By rejecting the appeal moved by Kerala government against the bail order, Supreme Court has brought out hollowness of police vilification campaign against popular Front and its activists.

Muvattupuzha Assault Case: First and Second Accused Granted Bail

Kochi: Kerala High court today granted bail for first and second accused in the Muvattupuzha assault case. It was Ernakulam Additional Sessions court that granted bail to Jafer and Kaladi Ashraf, first and second accused respectively, citing the inability of the prosecution to file charge sheet against accused. Jafer and Asharaf were put behind bars for last 6 months. The judge V Shersi ordered to release on conditional bail both the accused that completed 180 days in jail.

Theni : A.S. Ismail elected as Tamilnadu state president. He was elected in State General Assembly held at Theni, Tamilnadu.President A.S. Ismail is from Coimbatore. He was the State vice president during his last term
Other functionaries are Mohamed Ismail Eruwadi - State Vice-President, K.S.M. Ibrahim @ Asgar - State Treasurer , Nijam Mohideen - State General Secretary, Shaik Mohamed Ansari, Faizal Ahamed and Khalith Mohamed were elected as Secretaries.
