Udupi: SDPI holds seminar 'Stop Politics of Terrorism'

Udupi: Social Democratic Party of India, Udupi district unit, organized a seminar here at Durga International Hotel as part of the party’s national level ‘Stop Politics of Terrorism’ campaign.
SDPI district president Abdul Rahman Malpe prefaced the program. State president Abdul Majeed, SDPI state committee member Puttanjayya and state committee member Anwar Sadath spoke on the occasion.
Hakeem Uchila welcomed while Elyas Sasthana delivered vote of thanks and Alam Brahmavara coordinated the program.

Belthangady: SDPI cadres stages road block to demand widening

Belthangady: Cadres of Social Democratic Party of India, Belthangady staged a road block demanding reconstruction and widening of Kajur main road at Laila Junction, here.
SDPI local leader Sadiq Navur presided over the protest. SDPI belthangady constituency president Akbar Belthangady, district secretary Abdul Khadar, Belthangady town committee president Akbar Matla spoke on the occasion.
Later protest was withdrawn temporarily after PWD officer Thouseef Ahmed visited the spot and promised to fulfill the demand.
Thasleem coordinated the program.

Mangalore: SDPI demands police commissioner to maintain law and order

Mangalore: A delegation of Social Democratic Party of India, D.K district leaders submitted a memorandum to police commissioner demanding to take steps to maintain law and order in the district as some elements are trying to create communal disturbance foreseeing next general assembly.
The delegation was led by district president Abubakkar Kulai. State committee member Abdul Jalil K, vice president Nawaz Ullal, treasurer Anwar Sadath Bajattur, secretary Ashraf Machi, district committee members P.B.K Muhammad, Iqbal and Kabir Bajal were part of the delegation.

Madikeri: SDPI pays gratitude to voters

It has come to politics to become voice of oppressed and poor people of the society”, said Abdul Majeed Kodlipete who was speaking at a program organized to pay gratitude to voters for their contribution to the victory of SDPI in four seats of Madikeri CMC, at Market Auditorium in the city.
